Cesar Delgado ¨L´artisan¨ was born and raised in Mexico City . He later moved to Tamaulipas , Mexico to continue his artistic career, creating new concepts in fine portraiture.
Since childhood, Cesar was interested in drawings and was inspired by Art & Graphic Design. Self-taught, he constantly worked hard and developed a great talent. Cesar began painting portraits in 1990 as a way of self expression. He wanted to emphasize the uniqueness of each person. He soon had a collection of over 300 paintings of family and friends. In 1996, his skills were utilized at Stone Art DBA where he quickly became the Art Director. In 2001, Cesar went on to teach at the Universidad del Atlántico , which is highly recognized for Visual Arts and Graphic Design.
